We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor who can lead a team, manage day-to-day customer service operations, handle escalations, monitor performance, and drive continuous process improvement.

⭐ MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT:

You must have Travel/Hospitality account experience OR relevant Travel experience within a BPO environment.

If you've previously handled a Travel, Hospitality, Airline, Hotel, Reservations, or related account and have supervisory/leadership experience, we want to hear from you!

‍ WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of customer service professionals and ensure that service, productivity, quality, and operational objectives are achieved.

Your responsibilities may include:

Customer Service Operations

Oversee customer service activities across phone, chat, text, and other support channels

Ensure customer concerns and escalations are handled appropriately

Support the team in resolving complex customer issues

Maintain effective communication between customers and internal teams

Team Leadership

Lead and manage a team of Individual Contributors

Monitor attendance, productivity, quality, and overall performance

Conduct coaching and performance discussions

Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members

Serve as an escalation point for operational and customer concerns

Performance & KPI Management

Track and manage team KPIs

Monitor performance against operational targets

Identify performance gaps and develop appropriate action plans

Drive accountability while maintaining strong customer service standards

Process Improvement

Identify gaps in existing processes and workflows

Recommend and implement practical improvements

Lead short-term operational activities and projects

Contribute to improving day-to-day team processes and efficiency

Operational Management

Make operational decisions within an established scope

Manage daily team activities and priorities

Resolve operational issues efficiently

Work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities

Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

REQUIREMENTS:

2–3 years of leadership/supervisory experience in a BPO or customer service environment

Travel/Hospitality account experience OR relevant Travel experience within a BPO environment

Strong customer service operations experience

Experience handling customer concerns and escalations

Proven ability to lead and manage a team of Individual Contributors

Experience with KPI management and performance monitoring

Experience conducting coaching and performance management

Knowledge of process improvement

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to independently manage day-to-day operational activities

Willing to work ONSITE in Rockwell, Pasig

Willing to work NIGHT SHIFT

Available to start October 5, 2026
