We’re looking for a SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager to lead enterprise Identity Governance and Administration initiatives, solve complex identity security challenges, and help organizations strengthen access controls across critical systems.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, configure, and optimize SailPoint IGA solutions.

• Work with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

• Lead identity governance projects and provide technical direction to the team.

• Implement and improve identity lifecycle, provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification, and role management.

• Translate business and security requirements into scalable SailPoint solutions.

• Assess identity risks and strengthen security controls.

• Troubleshoot identity and access issues and support security incident resolution.

• Collaborate with architects, security teams, and business stakeholders.

• Mentor IAM professionals and promote technical excellence.

• Develop standards, documentation, and best practices.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of strong, hands-on SailPoint experience in enterprise environments.

• Expertise in:

  • SailPoint IdentityIQ

  • SailPoint Identity Security Cloud

  • IGA / IAM

  • Access Reviews & Certifications

  • Provisioning & Deprovisioning

  • Role & Entitlement Management

  • Identity Lifecycle Management

• Experience with large-scale SailPoint implementations, integrations, enhancements, or transformations.

• Strong understanding of identity governance, security controls, risk management, and compliance.

• Ability to configure, customize, troubleshoot, and optimize SailPoint solutions.

• Leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Must currently be in the Philippines with the legal right to live and work in the country.

• Willing to work hybrid in Cubao with possible shifting schedules.
