About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Wealth & Banking Service Helpdesk Analyst to support high-net-worth clients and Wealth Advisors in delivering an exceptional financial services experience.

This is more than a traditional customer service role. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients and advisors, managing service requests, resolving complex banking and wealth-related concerns, processing financial transactions, and ensuring every interaction is handled with accuracy, professionalism, and care.

Working within a technology-enabled and evolving service environment, you will combine strong client service skills with financial services knowledge to deliver seamless support across phone, email, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Wealth Advisory Support

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Wealth clients and Wealth Advisors.
  
• Respond to and resolve client service requests across phone, email, and digital communication channels.
  
• Deliver professional, accurate, timely, and empathetic support to clients with diverse and complex financial needs.
  
• Build trusted working relationships with Wealth Advisors and internal teams to ensure seamless client support.
  

Banking & Wealth Services

• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of wealth management and banking products, services, processes, and systems.
  
• Stay informed about regulatory changes, system updates, policy changes, and evolving operational procedures.
  
• Provide appropriate solutions for high-net-worth clients while adhering to established compliance and regulatory requirements.
  
• Support day-to-day banking and transactional requests, including transfers and overdraft-related services.
  
• Process client requests accurately and efficiently while meeting established service-level agreements (SLAs).
  

Wire Processing & Transaction Support

• Facilitate wire agreements and support time-sensitive wire transaction requests.
  
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established procedures when processing financial transactions.
  
• Handle sensitive client and financial information with professionalism and attention to detail.
  

Documentation & Systems Management

​

• Accurately document client interactions, service requests, actions taken, and resolutions.
  
• Maintain complete and up-to-date records using CRM platforms and Salesforce.
  
• Follow established processes for client documentation, transaction tracking, and service resolution.
  

Performance & Client Experience

​

• Consistently meet or exceed established quality, productivity, behavioral, and client service performance targets.
  
• Contribute to positive Client Service Measurement (CSM) outcomes through every client interaction.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and strengthen service delivery.
  
• Adapt effectively to changing processes, technologies, systems, and business requirements.
  

Qualifications

Education

​

• Associate's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
  

Experience

​

• At least one (1) year of client service experience in:
  
  
  • Banking
    
  • Financial Services
    
  • Wealth Management
    
  • Retail Banking
    
  • Related financial services environments
  
  

Preferred Experience

​

• Experience using retail banking or wealth management platforms.
  
• Experience with Client Central, Salesforce, CRM systems, or similar financial services platforms is a strong advantage.
  
• Previous experience supporting high-net-worth clients, Wealth Advisors, or financial services customers is an advantage.

Work Schedule

• Work Setup: 100% Onsite
  
• Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila
  
• Schedule: Shifting schedule
  
• Assigned shifts may fall within:
  
  
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
    
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  
  
• Employees working Saturdays will receive a weekday off, based on the assigned schedule.
