Role Overview:

We are seeking a Capital Markets Operations Senior Analyst to support the Corporate Actions function for Global Markets. You will ensure the accurate and timely processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate action events, safeguarding client assets and minimizing Assets at Risk.


Key Responsibilities:


Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events accurately across key market dates.


Reconcile corporate action events and ensure timely client entitlement and payments.


Monitor, investigate, and resolve daily breaks and fails related to corporate actions.


Act as SME for corporate actions processes, market practices, and asset servicing workflows.


Manage high-demand Prime Brokerage and institutional client requirements.


Liaise effectively with Front Office, Middle Office, Trade Support, custodians, and counterparties.


Support UAT, system enhancements, and audit/risk reviews.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field – required.


At least 1 year proven experience handling Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Action events – mandatory.


Hands-on exposure to end-to-end corporate actions processing (entitlement calculation, event lifecycle, stakeholder coordination).


Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Must be based in the Philippines with the right to live and work.
