Senior Staff Accountant – Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced Senior Staff Accountant – Supervisor to join a growing finance team.

Work Setup

• Hybrid setup after training (2–3 months of onsite training)

• Work Location: McKinley, Taguig

• Night Shift

• Start Date: ASAP

• Signing Bonus Available

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post accurate journal entries in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying trends and variances.

• Manage and manipulate large financial datasets for reporting and analysis.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reporting requirements.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.

• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing the necessary documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (required)

• CPA is preferred, but non-CPA candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply

• At least 4 years of accounting experience

• Strong communication skills

• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

• Proven experience handling large datasets and data manipulation

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Experience in:

  • General Ledger Management

  • Journal Entry Preparation

  • Trial Balance

  • Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss

  • Contra Asset Accounts

  • Account Reconciliation

  • Financial Reporting

  • Invoice Preparation

  • Accruals

  • Bank Reconciliation (multi-currency experience is an advantage)

  • Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Close

  • Financial Analysis

• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
