Collections Manager – B2B

Role Summary

Lead and manage B2B collections operations, drive cash-flow objectives, reduce aging, improve collection effectiveness, and ensure operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily B2B collections operations and manage team performance against KPIs and SLAs.

• Drive portfolio reviews, aging reduction, and collection effectiveness.

• Monitor collection workflows and customer follow-ups.

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.

• Handle customer escalations and collaborate with Billing, Disputes, Sales, and Cash Application teams.

• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive process improvements.

• Support governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, controls, and process documentation.

• Drive initiatives to improve productivity and collections performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of relevant experience with manager/team management experience.

• Strong B2B Collections and/or Accounts Receivable experience.

• Experience managing B2B Collections/AR teams.

• Strong knowledge of AR and Order-to-Cash (O2C).

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, Technology, or Shared Services environments.

• Strong people management, analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience handling customer escalations.

• US/global operations experience preferred.

• SAP, NetSuite, or similar ERP experience preferred.

• Cash Application and Dispute Management experience is an advantage.

Work Requirement

• Must be amenable to on-site work in Taguig.

• Must be willing to work Night/US Shift.
