About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Workforce Scheduler to join our Workforce Management (WFM) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining employee schedules that effectively balance staffing requirements with forecasted business demand while ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain employee schedules based on staffing forecasts.

• Manage shift bids, schedule changes, and schedule updates.

• Ensure optimal staffing coverage while maximizing productivity and controlling costs.

• Coordinate closely with Operations and Workforce Management teams.

• Monitor scheduling accuracy and support workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) Scheduling in a BPO environment.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Working knowledge of forecasting and capacity planning concepts.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work onsite in Alphaland, Makati on a shifting schedule.
