Shifting Schedule

Contractual until April 2027

Basic: ₱25,500–₱35,000

Performance Bonus: Up to ₱2,500

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years BPO experience

• 6 months–1 year BPO Training experience

• Strong English communication skills

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

• Knowledge of adult learning and training methodologies

• Familiarity with LMS and training tools

• Able to handle different learning styles and paces

• Instructional Design/L&D experience is a plus
