SALARY: ₱60,946 – ₱113,346 (negotiable)
SIGN-ON BONUS: ₱20,000 + Incentives

Role Overview:
We are seeking a fluent Khmer speaker to join our team as a Multilingual Support Specialist! You will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Khmer and English, providing exceptional support across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound interactions via phone, chat, and email.

• Provide customer support in Khmer and English.

• Assist with account inquiries, billing concerns, and service requests.

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive experience.

• Document interactions accurately using company systems.

• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Khmer – speak fluently and spontaneously in a professional environment.

• Working knowledge of English (training and systems are in English).

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.

• Previous collections experience is highly preferred.

• Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is highly preferred.

• Must be able to work in the Philippines with a valid working visa.
