Client Service Voice Support / Wealth & Banking Service Associate

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Wealth clients and advisors, handling service inquiries and problem resolution through phone and electronic service requests.

  
  



• Develop a strong understanding of banking products, processes, and programs and stay updated on process changes.

  
  



• Provide tailored solutions to clients while following operational procedures, audit requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

  
  



• Build and maintain professional relationships with Wealth advisors and internal business partners.

  
  



• Handle day-to-day transactional requests for assigned clients accurately and efficiently, including transfers and overdraft-related requests.

  
  



• Facilitate wire agreements and process time-sensitive wire requests with a high level of accuracy.

  
  



• Accurately document client interactions, requests, and resolutions in CRM/Salesforce.

  
  



• Consistently meet established quality, productivity, service-level, and behavioral standards.

  
  



• Support the Wealth division in achieving targeted Client Service Measurement (CSM) results.

  
  



• Work flexible schedules based on business requirements, including weekday and Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in client service, banking, financial services, wealth management, or a related field.

  
  



• Experience in voice-based customer service is required.

  
  



• Experience in retail banking or wealth platforms is preferred.

  
  



• Strong understanding of retail banking products and services.

  
  



• Experience with client relationship management, account servicing, or banking transactions.

  
  



• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  
  



• Minimum B2-level voice proficiency.

  
  



• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.

  
  



• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with accuracy and confidentiality.

  
  



• Willing to work 100% onsite in Taguig.

Work Schedule

The role requires flexibility to work within business operating hours, including:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
