The USRN Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for USRN and healthcare teams. The role involves conducting new-hire training, refresher training, upskilling, and process training while ensuring employees understand clinical workflows, healthcare procedures, quality standards, and client requirements. The specialist will monitor training effectiveness, provide coaching and feedback, identify knowledge gaps, and continuously improve training materials and delivery methods. The role also includes supporting nesting and transition activities, tracking trainee performance, and working closely with operations, quality, and clinical teams to ensure successful training outcomes.
