About the Role

We are looking for a Business Architect specializing in SAP Quality Management (QM) to help identify opportunities that deliver meaningful business value.

In this role, you will assess current business processes, gather high-level requirements from stakeholders, and translate business needs into effective technology-enabled solutions and operating models. You will also support business transformation initiatives by developing business cases and contributing to the successful implementation of strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of change management strategies.

• Monitor project progress and provide updates and feedback to stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and deliver measurable value through technology-enabled solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).

• Solid understanding of quality management principles and their application within enterprise systems.

• Experience designing and implementing quality control processes aligned with business objectives.

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.

• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and tools.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).

• Experience relevant to business architecture, process improvement, or technology-enabled business transformation is an advantage.
