Job Description : 

We are hiring experienced USRN Medical Coders with strong expertise in ICD, CPT, and HCPCS Medical Coding. The ideal candidate must hold active nursing and coding certifications and have experience in medical coding, surgical coding, medical administration, ID review, auditing, or denials management.

​Shift: Rotational / Shifting
​Experience: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Assign accurate medical codes using ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

• Review medical records and clinical documentation.

• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and quality standards.

• Perform coding for medical, surgical, and healthcare claims.

• Support auditing, denials management, and documentation review.

• Maintain coding productivity and accuracy targets.

• Collaborate with internal healthcare and operations teams.

Required Qualifications

• Active USRN (Mainland License).

• Active PRC License.

• Active CPC or CPMA Certification.

• 2–3 years of Medical Coding experience.

• Strong experience in ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

• Experience in ID Review, Surgical Coding, Medical Administration, Auditing, or Denials is preferred.

• Willing to work rotational shifts.
