What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  
• Work with CRM modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys.
  
• Integrate CRM solutions with other systems and platforms.
  
• Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  
• Provide technical troubleshooting and application support.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
  
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to project improvements.
  
• Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and best practices.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  
• Strong knowledge of CRM development, customization, and configuration.
  
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, or other Power Platform tools.
  
• Knowledge of CRM integrations and enterprise applications.
  
• Experience with .NET development and SQL Server.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
  

Important Requirements

• Must currently be based in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.
  
• Must be willing to work onsite at one of the Manila-area locations, depending on business requirements: Taguig, BGC, Alabang, Cubao, or Mandaluyong.
  
• Must be amenable to a shifting schedule.
