We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our US Mortgage and Financial Account. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and career shifters to start in the BPO industry. You will be supporting US clients and providing excellent service related to mortgage and financial products.

Qualifications:

College grad  Fresher

2 yrs undergrad with minimum 6 months BPO experience 

Good English communication skills

US Mortgage and Financial experience is a plus but not required

Willing to work onsite in Firstsource Taguig

Willing to work in shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays

Must be residing in Metro Manila. Candidates from Taguig and Makati are highly preferred
