SALARY: Freshers – ₱16,000 – ₱17,000; Experienced – ₱18,000 – ₱21,000 Basic Salary


Role Overview:

We are seeking US Mortgage Customer Service Representatives to assist homeowners and clients with mortgage inquiries, account concerns, and general support needs. This role is open to freshers and experienced candidates alike!


Key Responsibilities:


Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding mortgage accounts


Assist with payment processing, account updates, and loan inquiries


Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex cases


Document interactions accurately in the system


Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals


Qualifications:


Freshers and adapter candidates are welcome – no prior experience required!


US Mortgage and Financial experience is a plus but not required


Excellent English communication skills


Willing to work onsite in Taguig with shifting schedules


Former Teleperformance employees are not eligible for rehire – whether directly or through third-party agencies
