The Role:
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Instructional Designer / E-Learning Developer to design and build training content from scratch for a global brand (Uber). You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of e-learning modules, training videos, and curriculum materials—working independently from storyboard to final output.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and design course content

• Create storyboards and develop engaging e-learning modules and videos

• Use authoring tools to build complex, high-quality interactive trainings

• Guide trainers and monitor training effectiveness through metrics

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable):
1–2 years of relevant experience in training content design
 Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline (able to handle complex builds independently)
Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Rise
End-to-end content development experience (storyboarding to final asset)
E-learning development background
Graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects)
Content writing skills
 Must submit a PORTFOLIO (link required—no portfolio = no review)

Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Synthesia or other AI video tools
