About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Manager – WFM to lead Business Intelligence initiatives and drive the development of data-driven solutions for complex programs, projects and business processes.

The role requires strong expertise in Business Intelligence, technology, programming and AI initiatives, along with proven managerial experience. The successful candidate will provide technical direction, make key decisions, coach and mentor team members, and lead the implementation of tactical BI solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Business Intelligence projects, solutions and complex initiatives.

• Drive the development and implementation of BI strategies, processes and solutions.

• Analyze business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.

• Lead and mentor BI specialists and provide technical guidance.

• Establish and implement appropriate BI policies, processes and standards.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver BI solutions.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies.

• Support automation and process improvement initiatives.

• Make strategic and technical decisions within the area of expertise.

• Manage team performance and employee lifecycle activities.

• Coach, train and develop team members.

• Ensure delivery of short- to medium-term business objectives.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• 1–2+ years of managerial experience in Business Intelligence.

• Knowledge and professional experience with AI tools/initiatives, including OpenAI Codex, Claude Code/Cowork, or equivalent AI technologies.

• Strong understanding of technology stacks and programming languages.

• Strong Business Intelligence and analytical skills.

• Experience leading and managing BI teams.

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.

• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in McKinley, Taguig City.
