About the Role

We’re looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging, effective, and business-focused learning experiences. You’ll transform learning needs and technical requirements into training programs, e-learning content, assessments, and learning materials that support employee development and performance.

 Must-Have Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant Instructional Design experience
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360
• Proven background in Instructional Design and e-learning development
• Knowledge of e-learning methodologies, learning principles, and course development
• Ability to analyze learning needs and translate them into effective training solutions
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
• Ability to deliver projects within time, cost, and quality requirements

 What You’ll Do

• Analyze employee learning needs and identify training gaps
• Partner with SMEs and business stakeholders to develop course content
• Design and develop e-learning courses, training materials, and assessments
• Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to trainers during course rollouts
• Develop and monitor training effectiveness metrics
• Support the introduction and continuous improvement of learning programs
• Coordinate with external vendors when required
• Adapt learning solutions based on changing business and learner requirements
