Operations Supervisor – T-Mobile

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor – T-Mobile to lead and support a team in a BPO/Telco environment. The ideal candidate should have relevant BPO/Telco experience and at least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day team operations.

• Monitor team performance, productivity and service quality.

• Provide coaching, feedback and performance support to team members.

• Ensure achievement of operational KPIs and targets.

• Handle escalations and resolve customer or process-related concerns.

• Monitor attendance, adherence and overall team performance.

• Conduct team huddles and communicate process updates.

• Prepare and review operational reports.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.

• Support employee engagement and team development initiatives.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• BPO/Telco background is mandatory.

• Minimum 6 months of leadership/supervisory experience.

• Experience handling a team in a BPO or telecommunications environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Willing to work onsite in Makati City.

• Willing to work GY (Graveyard) shift.

• Must be amenable to the ₱35,000–₱45,000 salary range.
