Job Description

We are looking for Vietnamese-speaking customer service professionals to join our team in Quezon City. The role involves providing professional customer support to customers through phone, chat, email, and other support channels in Vietnamese and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally through phone, chat, email, and other support channels.

• Provide customer support in Vietnamese and English.

• Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs.

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

• Communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally with customers from different cultures and backgrounds.

• Document customer interactions accurately using company systems and tools.

• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Build customer trust and loyalty through effective service and problem-solving.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational requirements.

Job Qualifications

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.

• Fluent and spontaneous in Vietnamese, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.

• Able to understand complex and extended conversations, including implied meanings.

• Working knowledge of English is required as training and client systems are in English.

• Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is highly preferred but not required.

• Must be eligible to work in the Philippines with a valid working visa.

• Temporary Resident Visa holders may also be considered for non-Filipino applicants.

• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City on shifting/night shifts.

• Available to start ASAP.
