Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Vietnamese via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Accurately update customer information and maintain records using internal systems.

• Support collections and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes when required.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

• Meet quality, productivity, and service performance targets.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Vietnamese language proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to communicate naturally and professionally in customer interactions.

• Strong comprehension of complex conversations and implied meanings.

• Good working knowledge of English, as training and company systems are conducted in English.

• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work in Quezon City or relocate if currently based elsewhere.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Previous experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Customer Service.

• Familiarity with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
