Job Overview

We are looking for fluent Vietnamese-speaking Customer Support Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service through multiple support channels while communicating effectively in both Vietnamese and English. Freshers with strong language proficiency are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, or other support channels.

• Provide customer support in both Vietnamese and English.

• Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, product information, and general support.

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Communicate professionally with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Accurately document customer interactions using company systems and tools.

• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Build customer trust through exceptional service and effective problem-solving.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent and spontaneous communication skills in Vietnamese (spoken and written).

• Working knowledge of English is required, as training and client systems are in English.

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.

• Previous Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines with a valid Work Visa.

• Temporary Resident Visa holders are also welcome to apply.

• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.

• Willing to work rotating or night shifts.
