Role Overview:

Join our Fast Food Account as a Customer Service Representative! You will handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service for a leading fast-food brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding orders, deliveries, and account concerns.

• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases.

• Process orders, refunds, and account updates.

• Document interactions accurately in the system.

• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months BPO experience (International Voice) – required.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules.
