What You'll Do

• Handle customer interactions professionally in Thai.

• Communicate confidently through phone, email, and other support channels.

• Resolve customer concerns while delivering exceptional service.

• Work with internal systems and complete assigned tasks accurately.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve service and performance goals.

• Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) or collections-related processes when required.

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Thai language proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to communicate naturally and confidently in professional conversations.

• Strong comprehension of complex discussions and customer concerns.

• Good working knowledge of English, as training and internal systems are conducted in English.

• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to work in Quezon City or relocate if currently based elsewhere.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Previous experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Customer Service.

• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
