Job Title: Multilingual Customer Support Representative – Khmer (Cambodia)

Job Overview

We are urgently hiring 4 Customer Support Representatives fluent in Khmer to join our team in Quezon City. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to Khmer-speaking clients across multiple channels (phone, email, and chat).

• Work Setup: Onsite (Quezon City)

• Work Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift

• Salary Range: ₱60,946 – ₱113,346 / month (Negotiable based on experience)

• Bonus & Incentives: ₱20,000 Sign-on Bonus + Performance Incentives

• Availability: Immediate / ASAP

• Target Start Date: August 10, 2026

• Open Positions: 4 Heads

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and other digital channels.

• Support & Resolution: Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, service requests, and general product information.

• Language Support: Deliver seamless customer support primarily in Khmer, with working proficiency in English for system tools and internal collaboration.

• Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, case details, and resolutions in CRM systems.

• Performance Goals: Meet and exceed key operational metrics including quality assurance, handle time, attendance, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

• Cross-Cultural Communication: Engage professionally and empathetically with diverse customer bases to build brand trust and loyalty.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Khmer (spoken and written) with the ability to understand complex conversations and implied meanings in a professional setting.

• English Proficiency: Good working knowledge of English (training, internal communications, and client software are in English).

• Work Experience: Open to candidates with or without prior BPO experience.

• Preferred Experience:

  • Background in Accounts Receivable / Collections is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is a strong advantage.

• Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the Philippines with a valid working visa or Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) for non-Filipino applicants.
