What You'll Do

As a Business Development Associate, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients and creating sales opportunities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Promote and introduce our HR and Payroll solutions to businesses across the Philippines.

• Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and marketing campaigns.

• Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities by providing excellent customer support.

• Schedule appointments and product demonstrations with prospective clients.

• Conduct cold calls, follow-up calls, emails, and other outreach activities to engage potential customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM and lead management tools.

• Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (Marketing, Business Management, or related courses are an advantage).

• At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales.

• Strong experience generating leads through sales and marketing campaigns.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong customer service and client engagement abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and lead generation or CRM tools.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.

• Background in Payroll Solutions, HR Software, HR Services, or HR Technology.

• Experience in telesales or cold calling.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management systems.
