Job Summary:

We're searching for a skilled Travel & Hospitality Specialist with a proven track record in using Global Distribution Systems

(GDS). In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing client bookings, providing expert travel advice, and ensuring exceptional service within the fast-paced travel and hospitality sector. Your GDS expertise will be key to delivering efficient and accurate travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage extensive experience with GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to efficiently book and manage all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, and tours.
• Provide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries to clients, catering to diverse needs and preferences within the hospitality industry.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve booking issues, and manage changes with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.
• Stay current with travel industry trends, promotions, and regulations, particularly those impacting the hospitality sector.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
