Job Description

WNS Company are looking for motivated, customer-focused, and goal-driven individuals to join our team as Travel Associates. The role involves handling travel-related inquiries, assisting customers with reservations and bookings, providing excellent customer service, and promoting travel products and services. Candidates with experience in GDS/Sabre systems or sales are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with travel bookings, reservations, and inquiries.

• Handle flight changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests.

• Utilize GDS platforms, particularly Sabre, for ticketing and reservations when required.

• Provide accurate travel information and recommend suitable solutions to customers.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Achieve company performance and sales targets.

• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate.

• Candidates must have either:

  • At least 1 year GDS Sabre experience, or

  • At least 1 year Sales experience (BPO or Non-BPO).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented with a sales-driven mindset.

• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
