Job Title : Training Manager – US Tax & Finance

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead training initiatives for our US Tax and Finance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training delivery, coaching, and performance improvement, along with hands-on experience in the US Tax process. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to ensure employees achieve operational excellence and business objectives.

Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs for US Tax and Finance operations.

• Manage onboarding, process training, refresher sessions, and upskilling initiatives.

• Coach and mentor trainers and support the continuous development of training teams.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, performance metrics, and feedback.

• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to identify knowledge gaps and implement improvement plans.

• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

• Maintain training documentation, reports, and learning materials.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is mandatory.

• Experience working in the US Tax process is required.

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Training Supervisor, Assistant Training Manager (ATM), or Training Manager.

• Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work onsite in Sucat, Metro Manila on a night shift.
