About the Role

We are looking for experienced Operational Technology (OT) Security professionals to support security managed services across client environments. You will be responsible for securing OT environments, managing risks, supporting security operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an OT Security SME and lead team execution.

• Support strategic and operational security planning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate OT security risks.

• Provide solutions to complex security challenges.

• Mentor and guide team members.

• Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with security standards and client requirements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on OT Security experience.

• Strong knowledge of OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance.

• Experience securing ICS and OT environments.

• Experience with OT security monitoring and incident response.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and hybrid setup in Cubao.

• Must currently be in the Philippines with valid authorization to live and work in the country.
