Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Training Content Designer with experience in instructional design and e-learning development. The role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering engaging training curriculum and digital learning materials for general workforce and specialized functional or technical requirements.

The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise, with the ability to independently manage end-to-end content development, including storyboarding, e-learning modules, videos, and other digital training materials. A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze employee learning needs and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to define effective training content.

• Design and develop training curriculum, instructional materials, e-learning modules, and digital learning experiences.

• Create detailed storyboards and manage the complete content development lifecycle from concept through final delivery.

• Develop complex and interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline.

• Design high-quality learning experiences using Articulate Rise.

• Create training videos and other multimedia learning materials as required.

• Provide guidance and instructional support to trainers during the introduction of new training programs and courses.

• Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training activities.

• Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate training and learning effectiveness.

• Ensure training content meets required standards for quality, accuracy, usability, and learning effectiveness.

• Work independently while managing timelines, changing requirements, and multiple content-development priorities.

• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, business teams, and other stakeholders throughout the development process.

• Support computer-based training and other technology-enabled learning initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to improve learning content, instructional design, and learner engagement.

• Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

• Support vendor coordination or external content-development activities when required.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of relevant Training Content Design or Instructional Design experience.

• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, including the ability to independently create complex builds.

• Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Rise and high-level e-learning design.

• Proven ability to create storyboards and manage end-to-end content development.

• Ability to independently develop training content from start to finish, including e-learning and training videos.

• Strong knowledge of e-learning development and instructional design principles.

• Portfolio is mandatory and must demonstrate relevant training/content-development work.

• Experience with graphic design and multimedia tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

• Strong content writing skills and the ability to develop clear, engaging learning content.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge or hands-on experience with Synthesia or similar AI-powered video/content creation tools.

• Experience creating interactive learning experiences and multimedia training content.

• Strong visual design and storytelling skills.

• Experience working with SMEs and business stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
