- Handle day-to-day banking transactions and service requests accurately and efficiently, including transfers, overdrafts, and other account-related concerns.

- Manage time-sensitive wire requests and wire agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

- Develop strong knowledge of banking products, services, processes, and program updates.

- Provide appropriate solutions for clients with complex financial needs while following operational, audit, and regulatory requirements.

- Build effective working relationships with Wealth Advisors and internal teams to resolve client needs.

- Document client interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in CRM/Salesforce.

- Consistently meet established quality, productivity, service-level, and behavioral standards.

- Contribute to strong Client Service Measurement (CSM) results and overall client satisfaction.

- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For

- Background in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Investment, Financial Services, or Client Service.

- Strong combination of voice customer service and retail banking experience.

- B2-level or higher English/voice proficiency.

- Strong client relationship-building and communication skills.

- Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate, accurate solutions.

- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling financial transactions and sensitive client information.

- Comfortable working with CRM/Salesforce and digital communication channels.
