JOB TITLE: Training Content Designer

LOCATION: Work From Home 
WORK SHIFT: Graveyard Shift 
SALARY: Up to PHP 55,000, depending on skills

Role Overview

Training & Development Instructional Design work focuses on developing training curriculum and materials for the general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas. This role applies subject matter knowledge to specific training needs, understanding and delivering to time, cost, and quality requirements while proactively adjusting for changing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze employee learning needs and partner with subject matter experts and business management to provide input for course content
  
• Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training
  
• Provide instruction and guidance to trainers; may facilitate training during the introduction of new courses
  
• Develop and monitor metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness
  
• May include design of computer-based training programs
• May select and/or oversee vendors to develop training content or conduct training
  
• Ensure work within field of expertise complies with relevant professional standards

Qualifications 

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
  
• Background in Articulate 360
  
• Background in Instructional Design
  
• Must be knowledgeable in e-learning development
  
• Specialized schooling or previous practical experience likely required
