Hiring: Training Content Designer 

Work Setup: Work From Home
Office Location: EDSA Greenfield
Shift: Graveyard Shift
Salary: Up to ₱80,000 (based on skills and experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and training materials.

• Create storyboards and manage end-to-end content development.

• Develop interactive training modules using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.

• Produce training videos and digital learning content.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create effective training solutions.

• Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve learning materials.

• Support the development of computer-based training programs and other learning initiatives.

Eligibility:

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in instructional design or training content development.

• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline and strong experience with Articulate Rise.

• Experience creating storyboards and independently developing training content from start to finish.

• Knowledge of e-learning development and content writing.

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.

• Knowledge of Synthesia is an advantage.

• Former Teleperformance employees are not eligible for rehire.
