Job Opening: Trainer (IT Helpdesk Background)

Salary: Up to ₱40,000 (can extend to ₱45,000 based on qualifications)

Location: Clark, Pampanga – Onsite

Shift: Night Shift

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Helpdesk background (hardware and software troubleshooting).

  
  


• 
  

  Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of Microsoft products.

  
  


• 
  

  Must have BPO support experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of 6 months training or teaching-related experience.

  
  


• 
  

  IT graduate or at least 2 years completed in an IT-related course.

  
  


• 
  

  Candidates with telco or general tech backgrounds will not be accepted.
