• Position: Thai Customer Support Representative

• Location: Onsite – Quezon City

• Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift

• Salary: (Negotiable based on experience)

• Bonus: PHP 20,000 Sign-on Bonus + Performance Incentives

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer support in Thai via phone, chat, and email.

• Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, products, and service requests.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Accurately document customer interactions in company systems.

• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Who We're Looking For

• Fluent in Thai (spoken and written) with good English communication skills.

• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with or without BPO experience.

• Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is an advantage but not required.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines.

• Accepts candidates with a valid Work Visa or Temporary Resident Visa.
