  • Basic Salary: ₱59,175

  • Coding Allowance: ₱20,000

  • Total Monthly Package: ₱79,175

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licenses & Certifications:

  • Active PRC License (Licensed Philippine Registered Nurse - PHRN) or USRN License

  • Active CPC (Certified Professional Coder) Certificate

• Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on Medical Coding experience

  • Minimum 3 years of bedside/hospital clinical nursing experience

• Technical Expertise:

  • Strong proficiency in ICD, CPT, and HCPCS medical coding systems

• Eligibility Restriction:

  • Must not be a former or current employee of EXL
