Key Responsibilities

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting critical business applications and cloud environments.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and application support.

Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions to prevent recurring issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain application stability and performance.

Analyze system logs, performance metrics, and monitoring tools to identify operational improvements.

Support incident management, problem management, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Ensure business systems remain highly available and operational.

Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

Strong knowledge of application support methodologies and IT operations.

Experience with DevOps tools and cloud-based technologies.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Must be willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule in Manila or Taguig.

Must already have the legal right to work in the Philippines.
