What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced Client Services / Account Management professional with strong BPO, Finance & Billing Operations, and SOW management experience.

Key requirements:

• At least 3 years of CS Manager experience in a BPO environment
• 1–2 years of Contact Center / Operations Supervisor experience
• Strong people management, coaching, and team development skills
• Experience with Finance & Billing Operations
• Strong Client Services / Account Management background
• Experience reviewing, interpreting, and managing Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Knowledge of contact center metrics, reporting, QA, and compliance
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Travel & Hospitality experience is an advantage
• Willing to work on a shifting/night shift schedule

IMPORTANT: This is NOT an Operations Manager role. We are prioritizing candidates specifically aligned with Client Services Management / Account Management, with strong Finance & Billing and SOW experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop customer service teams
• Monitor performance, KPIs, QA, and operational metrics
• Drive process and service improvements
• Manage client requirements and contractual obligations
• Review and manage SOWs and operational requirements
• Address operational concerns and escalate when needed
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
