Job Summary

We are looking for a SQL Technical Support - Voice professional to join our Trust and Safety team. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL knowledge, technical support experience, and a customer-focused mindset. This role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting SQL-related concerns, supporting SaaS environments, and delivering excellent customer service over voice support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to SQL and technical support.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Analyze customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.

• Document cases, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately.

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.

• Maintain service quality, productivity, and process compliance.

• Support customers using SQL, SaaS platforms, and basic API concepts.

• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting operational targets.

Qualifications

• High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate.

• Minimum 6 months of BPO/Call Center experience.

• Minimum 2 years of SQL experience or experience in a SaaS environment.

• Minimum 1 year of Digital Ads experience.

• Basic knowledge of APIs.

• IT-related educational background or Technical Support experience is preferred.

• Good English communication skills.

• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.

• Amenable to shifting and rotational schedules.
