Qualifications:

High School / Senior High School Graduate / College Graduate

Minimum of 6 months of call center/BPO experience

Must have at least 6 months of SQL experience/ SaaS background

Candidates with an IT-related educational background or technical support experience will be preferred

Good communication skills required

Must be willing to work onsite

Must be amenable to a shifting/rotational schedule

Role Responsibilities:

• Handle customer or client concerns related to SQL / technical support
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Analyze customer queries and provide accurate support
• Document cases, updates, and resolutions properly
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations when needed
• Maintain quality customer service and meet process targets

Preferred Profile:

• CSR / TSR experience with SQL knowledge & basic API knowledge
• Technical support background
• Basic database understanding
• Good English communication
• Willing to process immediately
