JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are urgently hiring Spanish SPEs for our Bilingual Account in Bridgetowne QC. You will handle technical support/customer service interactions in Spanish and English.

SALARY + BENEFITS:

Salary Range: 95,000 - 100,000

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 2 years in college with no back subjects

- Minimum of 6 months BPO Technical/TSR experience

- TSR background required

- Good English and Spanish communication skills

- Open for non-native speakers only, Filipinos

- Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne QC

- Willing to work on night shift schedule

- Start Date: ASAP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide technical support and customer service in Spanish and English

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns

- Meet quality and productivity targets

- Handle high volume of calls/chats/emails
