Role Overview:

We are seeking fluent Vietnamese-speaking professionals to join our team as Multilingual Support Specialists. You will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Vietnamese and English, providing exceptional support across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities:


Handle inbound and outbound interactions via phone, chat, email, and other support channels.


Provide customer support in Vietnamese and English.


Assist with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and product information.


Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive experience.


Document interactions accurately using company systems.


Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals.


Qualifications:


Fluent in Vietnamese – speak fluently and spontaneously in a professional environment.


Working knowledge of English – training and systems are in English.


Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.


Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required.


Understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is highly preferred but not required.


Must be able to work in the Philippines with a valid working visa.


Also accepts Temporary Resident Visa for non-Filipino applicants.
