Hiring – Operations Supervisor – T-Mobile

Location: Alpha land, Makati City, Philippines

Salary: ₱35,000–₱45,000
Experience: BPO/Telco + Leadership Experience – Minimum 6 Months

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor with a strong BPO/Telco background and leadership experience to manage teams, drive performance, and ensure operational excellence for the T-Mobile account.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• BPO/Telco background is mandatory.

• Minimum 6 months of leadership/supervisory experience.

• Experience handling and managing a team of agents.

• Willingness to work onsite in Makati City.

• Willingness to work on a Graveyard (GY) shift.

• Must be amenable to the ₱35,000–₱45,000 salary range.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives.

• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of operational KPIs.

• Coach and mentor agents to improve productivity and service quality.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback.

• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

• Monitor attendance, adherence, productivity, and overall team performance.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Drive process compliance and maintain service standards.
