Job Responsibilities

As a Spanish Customer Service Representative, you will support customers through Spanish and English communication while providing excellent customer service.

The role may include:

Handling customer concerns and inquiries professionally

Communicating with customers in Spanish and English

Providing accurate information and resolving customer concerns

Following account procedures and service standards

Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Documenting customer interactions accurately

Working collaboratively with the operations and support teams

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

Minimum 2 years in college — candidates with back subjects may be considered

At least 6 months BPO / TSR experience

Spanish-speaking ability is mandatory

Open to non-native Spanish speakers

Good communication skills in both Spanish and English

Comfortable communicating with customers in a BPO environment

Willing to work onsite in Giga / Taguig

Willing to work on a night-shift schedule

Language Requirement

Spanish: Good conversational and professional communication skills

English: Good communication skills

Non-native Spanish speakers are welcome to apply, provided they can successfully meet  language assessment requirements.

Location: Giga / Taguig

Setup: 100% Onsite

Schedule: Night Shift / Shifting schedule as required by operations
