QUALIFICATIONS

- College graduate with at least 12 months of BPO experience; OR

- Completed at least 2 years of college with a minimum of 18 months BPO experience.

- Required: Experience in Non-Life Insurance, particularly Property & Casualty (P&C).

- Experience handling Homeowners and Auto Insurance is highly preferred.

- Experience in insurance brokerage, agency, policy servicing, or carrier coordination is an advantage.

- Willing to work on-site in Taguig.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable handling high-volume calls and multiple stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Policy Servicing & Carrier Coordination

- Support policy servicing activities within an insurance brokerage or agency environment.

- Coordinate with insurance carriers regarding policy inquiries, endorsements, renewals, and updates.

- Process and issue policy endorsements using broker management systems such as AMS, Applied Epic, or similar platforms.

- Coordinate between clients, agents, and insurers to ensure accurate and timely information.

- Maintain accurate policy documentation while following regulatory and internal guidelines.

Billing, Premium & Receivables

- Resolve billing discrepancies, premium adjustments, and payment-related concerns.

- Handle premium collections, receivables inquiries, and account reconciliations.

- Address billing questions from insureds, agents, and carriers professionally and accurately.

- Maintain complete and compliant records and documentation.

High-Volume Communication & Call Handling

- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with insureds, agents, and insurance carriers.

- Serve as a key point of contact for policy and billing concerns.

- Clearly explain policy changes, billing information, and required next steps.

- Meet service-level expectations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
