Job Responsibilities

As a Spanish Customer Service Representative, you will support customers through Spanish and English communication while providing excellent customer service.

The role may include:

Handling customer concerns and inquiries professionally

Communicating with customers in Spanish and English

Providing accurate information and resolving customer concerns

Following account procedures and service standards

Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Documenting customer interactions accurately

Working collaboratively with the operations and support teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Qualifications

 

Language Requirement

Spanish: Good conversational and professional communication skills
English: Good communication skills

Non-native Spanish speakers are welcome to apply, provided they can successfully meet Cognizant's language assessment requirements.

Can work effectively in a fast-paced customer service environment
