Training & Quality Manager – IT as a Service

We're looking for an experienced Training & Quality Manager to lead learning initiatives for a high-performing IT Helpdesk team. What You'll Do

• Design and deliver engaging onboarding and continuous learning programs for Helpdesk professionals.
• Identify performance gaps and develop targeted training solutions to improve skills and productivity.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Trainers to ensure exceptional training quality and consistency.
• Continuously review and enhance training materials, delivery methods, and learning strategies.
• Partner with business leaders to align learning initiatives with operational and business goals.
• Monitor training effectiveness through data, analytics, and performance reporting.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and professional development.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BPO Training or Learning & Development.
• At least 3–4 years of experience managing training teams or learning operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the BPO or call center industry.
• Proven success in designing, implementing, and managing impactful training programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and modern training technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to analyze learning and performance data.
• Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations to support technical training initiatives.

Technical Experience (Highly Preferred)

• Candidates with the following experience will stand out:
• 2–4 years of experience in backend product support, technical operations, ad tech engineering support, technical integrations, or similar technical environments.
• Experience working within a SaaS organization, including API-first platforms and multi-tenant architectures.
• Previous experience leading technical training, enablement, or knowledge management initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in building, scaling, or managing technical training programs within SaaS, digital advertising, or technology-driven organizations.
