QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed at least 2 years of college with no back subjects.
  
• At least 6 months of BPO Technical Support / TSR experience.
  
• Previous Technical Support Representative (TSR) experience is required.
  
• Proficient in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
  
• Open to non-native Spanish speakers / Filipino candidates.
  
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
  
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
  

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers.
  
• Handle technical concerns professionally through appropriate support channels.
  
• Diagnose issues and provide accurate, step-by-step solutions.
  
• Communicate effectively with Spanish- and English-speaking customers.
  
• Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately.
  
• Escalate complex technical concerns when necessary.
  
• Maintain excellent customer experience while meeting established performance and quality standards.
